10 years old. Navy League Cadets is for young boys and girls from 10 to 13 years old.

How much does it cost? . . TIME!!!

     There is an $25 registration fee for your uniform. Your money will be refunded when you return your uniform when you leave if you wish. All other costs are incurred by our sponsor, the Navy League of Canada.

When can I join?

     You may join at any time of the year, between the first Thursday after Labour Day weekend (September) to mid June. We recommend coming in at the beginning of September or January.

Do I need to buy my own uniform?

     Yes. You need to pay $25 when you join. When you leave Navy League Cadets, you must return your uniform and you can collect your $25. You are expected to take care of your uniform. Any time a uniform part no longer fits (because you are growing boys and girls), you will have to complete a "request form", and you will be able to exchange that uniform part.

Do I need a medical completed by a doctor?

     No. One of the forms to be filled out; is the Statement of Medical Fitness which your parents can complete.

What do I need to bring with me to join?

     Please bring your parents (they have to fill out a couple of forms), the registration fee, a photocopy of your birth certificate, and your provincial medical card number. If you are unable to make photocopies, bring the card/paper, and we can make a copy of it off site.
